Its inner clutch teeth have a larger radius at the base, which offers up to 350% greater strength versus back-cut designs. This unit installs into a bare factory open case. This unit does NOT use the factory thrust washers. Failure to remove the factory thrust washers will cause the unit to act improperly and can cause damage to the unit.
