McNasty Offroad Custom Step Kits, This Hydraulic Step Kit provides easy and quick access into and out of Mega Trucks and Mud Trucks.
Step Kit Options:
Custom Logo Steps: Upload your design for the face of the steps. Design is laser cut out of 3/16" steel. Full step kit includes 24 in total brackets are laser cut from 3/8" steel for mounting the steps and hydraulic cylinder. As well as a full set of 3/4" heims & misalignment spacers. Optional matching containment box & lid for hydraulic pump laser cut from 14g steel.
Measurements:
Measurements required include gap between tires (the step will lower between them, causing it to need to clear the tires, even when turning), mounting bracket spacing at subframe (gap between mounting brackets at subframe to determine spacing on step) and mounting bracket locations, relative to step location (where do the sub frame mounts land in relation to the step itself). For example, the front mounting bracket may be only 6” from the end of the step due to it needing to sit back from the tire so there is clearance when turning.
