We developed a new turbo tuner boost controller for internal wastegate control on diesel trucks. Unlike current manual boost controllers, the new Power Driven Diesel Turbo Tuner Boost Controller does not have a bleed orifice, which means it can be mounted in the cab. This allows users to adjust their boost levels up or down on the fly by simply turning a knob. The Turbo Tuner boost controller prevents the wastegate from opening until boost pressure surpasses the knob setting—this eliminates early wastegate opening to increase spool-up. Precise wastegate control is very useful in tuning twin/compound turbo setups as generally for towing; less wastegating yields better EGT control and, for big power, more wastegating is required. With this turbo tuner, wastegate adjustments can be made from inside the cab.

Quantity 1 x 12" of silicone hose
Quantity 1 x 1/8" NPT to 1/4" push-to-connect fitting
Quantity 2 x 5/16" to 5/8" hose clamps
